| This is the final issue of 'Angry Penguins' although any sign of its demise is not evident in the editorial which begins "during the War 'Angry Penguins' did not possess a 'periodical' license and consequently was not entitled to appear mot than once a year. This limitation, however, ceased to operate on the 1st march, and accordingly we hope that from now on our journal will appear at fairly regular quarterly intervals." | |
